Retrospective: WordPress brochure to Next.js Founder OS

The previous WordPress site answered the wrong question. Visitors landed on services copy when they needed to understand what was built, how it ships, and how to reach the founder.

The Next.js rebuild made the product universe the hero, organized expertise as ecosystems, and kept shop and tools on the same design system. Redirects preserved valuable URLs; Coolify made deploys boring.

The lesson for other builders: repositioning is not a reskin. It is an information architecture change — and it is worth a full rebuild when the old IA fights the story you need to tell.
